Established in April 2014, JDM Powder Tech Ltd was set up by Jason Reavell, the owner and Managing Director of Twenty Four Hour Engineering Ltd. After dealing with other powder coating firms and becoming frustrated with the unreliable service and long lead times, JDM Powder Tech Ltd was set up to provide a fast and reliable powder coating solution.
JDM Powder Tech Ltd has a team of trained workshop staff, with years of experience within the powder coating industry, this enables us to maintain a reliable service to all of our clients.
James Marsh, the Operations Director joined JDM Powder Tech Ltd in June 2016 after working with Jason Reavell on numerous large projects such as the "Olympic Stadium" and "The Shard" in London and have continued to build a platform which our clients can trust and rely on.
We understand that powder coating is the last process for many of our clients and we pride ourselves on being able to offer a friendly, quick and reliable service no matter the size or complexity of the project. Offering a wide range of in house services including, Nylon and Polyester powder coating, paint stripping, pre-treatment and shot blasting.
Working along side Twenty Four Hour Engineering Ltd also enables JDM Powder Tech Ltd to assist in any repair, fabrication or manufacturing requirements you might have; and are happy to work with any size order, from small one off bespoke components, to large frames and batch work.

· 6.5Mtr Large walk in powder spray booth
· 4.5Mtr Self contained shot blasting Container
· Curing Oven 6Mtr long x 2.5Mtr Wide x 2.1Mtr High

JDM Powder Tech Ltd and Twenty Four Engineering's partnership allows both businesses to work
simultaneously together, enabling us to follow orders from the design stage all the way through production
to the finished product efficiently.
Situated in Medway City Estate in Rochester, Kent, Twenty Four Hour Engineering is able to undertake structural steel, machining and fabrication requirements. Founded in October 1995, the company occupies 7,000 sq ft of production space, specialising in one-offs, prototyping, batch manufacturing and steel glazing systems.
Twenty Four Engineering is able to work in steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass and most plastics for machining, and steel, stainless, and aluminium for fabrications. In addition they have sheet metal facilities with an Amada Punch and custom scrolling machinery for special gates and grill designs.
