JDM Powder Tech Ltd specialise in applying polyester powder, it's part of our daily production.  Both polyester and epoxy coatings are available in any colour and gloss level.  JDM stocks over 125 varieties of powder in house.

JDM Powder Tech Ltd also specialise in applying Nylon powders to all types of metals and is available in standard RAL colours with the additional option of a Matt, Satin or Gloss finish. Nylon powders offer a more durable finish against the standard polyester powders.

SHOT BLASTING

JDM Powder Tech Ltd has extensive experience in shot blasting all types of metals. With our in house self contained shot blasting container we have the capability of dealing with both small and large items up to 4.5Mtr in length and 2.1Mtrs wide.

PHOSPHATE

PRE-TREATMENT

Our in house Pre-treatment plant can handle up to 6Mtrs in length. We can provide a 4 stage cleaning and degreasing process to ensure materials are clean and grease free prior to powder coating.

ACID ETCH, BARRIER

& ZINC PRIMERS

 

Working closely with Akzonobel Coatings, JDM Powder Tech Ltd offer acid etch priming capabilities as well as using barrier and zinc primers prior to applying a top coat, to provide extra protection and a prolonged life span.

We stock a wide range of RAL colours in house and are able to offer our clients various finishes from a Matt, Satin and Gloss with a smooth, textured, metallic or leatherette surface finish.
